What's your workout split like? Do you do cardio on your rest days? Thanks man
Monday- chest / triceps
Tuesday- back / biceps / forearms
Wednesday- abs / shoulders / legs
Thursday- chest / triceps
Friday- back / biceps / forearms
Saturday - abs / shoulders / legs
Sunday - rest
Cardio can be pretty much every day, it just depends if u want to do it or not.
I'm a girl, about 5'3" and 105 lbs. I'd like to tone everything, especially my legs. Is it ok to skip cardio for someone like me who doesn't really have any fat to begin with? Also, what are some good inner thigh and butt exercises?
I barely do cardio and it works fine, but it will definetly speed up the toning process if you do it. I’m currently working on getting on a better cardio routine. To tone up stick to lighter weights with higher reps! For legs, I would highly suggest doing squats, it’ll work almost every muscle in your legs including your glutes(butt). Inner thighs is a pretty tough muscle to hit, but if you have access to a gym, there should be a machine(not sure of the name) that you sit on and squeeze your legs together and it allows you to adjust the weight. You can also try squats but instead of a normal footing position, position your feet angled out.
Theres, a lot you can do, any squeezing method with your legs will work your inner thighs!
but at night, it’s the worse. I try my best to be strong, but even the strongest have there break downs. Everything tells me to be angry, to not forgive, to not even think about it. But.. I. Miss. Her. :(
