I actually just got out of bootcamp. Settling into my school. I should be getting back into soonish hopefully
Monday- chest / triceps
Tuesday- back / biceps / forearms
Wednesday- abs / shoulders / legs
Thursday- chest / triceps
Friday- back / biceps / forearms
Saturday - abs / shoulders / legs
Sunday - rest
Cardio can be pretty much every day, it just depends if u want to do it or not.
